Hello lovelies ^^
I just realized its been a while since my last post...Well since then I became a doc and been really busy with work but now I have holidays and my creative mood is flowing all around.
Last night I was feeling kind of nostalgic about spring which is my favorite season of all. I was thinking about cherry blossoms and the clear blue sky so I just had to express it on my nails ^^
This is my spring:
I painted my nails blue than i added tiny clouds using a white nail polish and a dotting tool. For the accent nails i painted tiny cherry blossom trees. Maybe you will get inspired by this design ^^

Spring Flower Nails
Although its still pretty much winter I'm kind of missing spring and its beautiful flowers so what better way to bring it back to my life than painting my nails ^^
I painted my nails in this beautiful coral pink polish which screams spring, and added white dots on my thumbs and some flower nail stickers to my middle fingers, then as usual topped it of with top coat.
Voilla!

Easy & cute winter nails ideas
Hi everyone!
So lately i been into doing my nails based on the weather and season and since its winter i thought I'd show you how i express it on my nails :P
Hope these will inspire you ^^
1.
For these i just put a base coat then did the tips of my nails blue and added small white dots with a bobby pin on all nails except my ring finger and thumb finger. I painted a small star shaped thingy to look like a snow flake and i also added glitter polish on those two fingers. And of course i topped everything of with a top coat. Easy na?
2.
This is basically the same design, i just used a shimmery white polish instead of the blue :p
3.
For this design i panted my nails a metallic blue and added some white small stars and dots then topped it off with some silver glitter polish and of course top coat.
And thats that! Let me know if you tried any of these, id love to know your opinions ^^

DIY cute & easy Cow Print nails
Hello lovelies!
I don't know about you but i loooove nail polish and doing my nails! I like anything out of the ordinary so since i was in a mushy and fuzzy kinda mood i decided to do these cute cow nails! There's just something about cows, i don't know what, that makes me think they are the cutest animals :P I hope its not just me haha.
Here's how they came out:
Pretty cute na?
Here's what you need:
- white, black, pink nail polish, top coat and white nail art polish (if you don't have that you can use the tip of a bobby pin or tooth pick and dip it in white nail polish, you will see later why).
- a bobby pin that you will flip open or a tooth pick
Now here are the steps to getting your cute cow on your nails:
1. Paint your nails with the white polish.
If necessary add two coats.
2. Take the pink polish and paint a half circle at the end of your nail.
3. Do the same thing on the other side of your nail.
This will be your cow's nose. ^^
4. Now take your bobby pin / tooth pick and dip it into the black nail polish.
5. Make the nose's nostrils by adding two black spots.
6. Now with the black polish make two blobs on each side of your nail.
These will be your cow's ears ^^
7. Add another black blob on one side where the eyes will be and a tiny spot to make the other eye.
8. Add a white spot in the center of the black blob to show the other cow's eye.
You can totally skip the black blob and just add two tiny black spots for the eyes. But i thought i looks nicer like that :P
9. For the other nails just paint a few black blobs with your bobby pin to make it look like a cow print ^^
10. Apply a transparent top coat and you're done!
And there you have it: your cute cow nails are ready! ^^ So cute!

DIY Peter Pan shaped Collar Necklace
Hello again my lovely DIY'ers!
So these days i been seeing a lot of collar necklaces everywhere i go varying in shape and design and i thought they would look really cute on a plain sweater or even worn just as necklaces. I really like this new trend because i think collars are great. They can make any outfit look a bit more classy and sassy. But there is one type of collar that really caught my attention Im talking about the Peter Pan collar. This one is very versatile and it brings a dose of cuteness to any outfit.
Well all is great so far except collar necklaces can get quite expensive sometimes, plus if you're a girl like me that easily gets obsessed with new trends, then you probably know your wallet is gonna seriously suffer again. Not to mention that if you are still a student and are on a tight budget you cant really afford it. So this is the time when my saying comes in use again: don't forget girls that if you cant get it, you can make it! So lets make ourselves some peter pan collar necklaces!
This is how mine turned out:
Here's what i used:
- flower beads. If you cant find this type of beads with a flat surface you can also use studs or sequins.
- two pieces of ribbon. I used this blue organza ribbon but you can choose any type of ribbon that matches your material and style.
-super glue. I used this type of glue because i had it around the house but you can use liquid glue. Nonetheless this little guy did a great job!
You will also need:
- a piece of denim material ( i just cut a pair of old jeans that i didn't wear anymore)
- paper and a marker
-scissors
-some thread and needle to sew the ribbon on
Here's what you need to do:
1. Take an A4 piece of paper and draw the shape of a peter pan collar.
You don't really have to be good at drawing to make it, trust me i absolutely suck at drawing lol! But for those of you that don't feel confident enough to draw it yourself i made a stencil which you can print out. Just make sure to fold your paper in half when you cut the shape.
Once you cut your paper you should get something that looks like this when its unfolded:
2. Fold the paper back and place it on you piece of denim material.
You can secure it with some pins on the material and then proceed with cutting the shape in the material. Also make sure your piece of material is folded in half just like your paper stencil.
3. Unfold the material and hand sew your two pieces of ribbon on each side of the collar.
4. Start gluing on your beads/sequins.
I put a few drops of super glue on each flower bead than placed it on the material. Easy as pie!
5. Fill out the entire collar with beads.
Or you can do only the edges or the sides, just use your imagination!^.^
And TADAH!!!! Your very own peter pan collar necklace is done! Now wear it and own it!
See you fashionistas! ~.^

DIY revamp your old sweater
Ok so im pretty sure that if you are any bit like me, you are one of those girls that no matter how many clothes you have you still think you don't have enough. LOL i know, i know, you already wore your new sweater and everybody saw it, so you cant possibly wear the same sweater again, right? But what to do, you cant possibly keep buying new clothes every time you feel that way, plus your closet is already so stuffed that it cant handle another new sweater even if you had the money to waste on it.
Worry not! Sessy is here to save the day! i got just the thing to save you, your wallet and also your poor closet! All you need is an old sweater. Yes you read it well, now you don't have to buy a new one because you can turn your old sweaters into new ones in a heartbeat! Why waste money on a new sweater when you can use that old sweater that you haven't been wearing in a while cuz it went out of style...I always say if you cant get it, make it!
So enough with the talking and lets get to work! Here's what you need:
1. An old sweater
I chose this old plain white sweater that i had lying around for a long time. The thing with this sweater is that its a really nice fit but i somehow always found it too plain and boring to wear.
You can bring back to life any plain sweater that you have in your closet.
2. Beads, studs or buttons
I went for this black beads as i figured they would pop out on my white sweater. But you can also go for studs or buttons or sequins or whatever floats your boat and goes well with your sweater.
You will also require some thread and a needle to sew the beads/ buttons on. If you decide to go for studs you wont need it as they have little claws in the back which will allow you to secure them on your sweater. And if you choose sequins you can just glue them on.
And last but not least....
3. Your imagination!
This would be the most important ingredient in order to revamp your old sweater! Get creative and think about how you would like your new ols sweater to look like. You can add the beads on the sleeves, or around the neckline or where ever you fancy. The important thing is it should be appealing to you.
So here's what i did with mine! I decided to apply my beads on the shoulders in order to add just a little bit of buzzaz to it ^^ hihi
I left around three fingers space in between each bead and sewed them on with some thread and needle. Easy as pie! It didn't require any extra effort form me all i needed was my imagination and knowing how to hand sew! ^^
And here's the finished product:
Pretty neat huh? Now my plain sweater looks trendy and cool.
And all i need to do now is wear it and own it!
So off i go now, im wearing a new sweater and feeling like a thousand bucks!
See you fashionistas! ~.^

Get to know Sessy
Hi there! Glad you made it to my blog, that must mean you are one of the special people that get to read it hehe...i know i sound overly confident but hey if im not gonna believe in myself no one will! And there you go, you haven't even began reading my blog and i already landed an inspirational thought on you! Yes you guessed it: you gotta trust yourself in order for others to trust you. This is something i learned along the way of my short life of 26 years so far and i am still learning to sink that thought in properly.
But enough with the pep talk, i think its time i introduce myself. My name is Silvia, but the people most closest to me call me Sessy, im 26 now and im a resident doctor with a little bit of free time on her hands. But most of all im a plain girl with an aspiration to be great. Although i still haven't figured out how i can become great i guess ill learn it on the way. In the mean time i decided to share my thoughts here and also my creativity.
Ever since i was little i loved to do things on my own, i loved making clothes for my Barbies and as i grew i always tried to add a little personality in everything i wear. I absolutely looooove DIY projects and since i DIY all the time i figured it might actually do some good to share my ideas and do's.
As Albert Einstein once said "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” I strongly believe that in order to create anything, be it music, or poetry or just things, whatever be it the area in which creativity is manifested, imagination is the key ingredient needed. Imagination is like magic, with it one can do anything.
So here i am, sharing my ideas with you and hopefully you will be a bit inspired to do try them out and also create your own ideas which will make me very happy. Do let me know if you got any tiny bit of inspiration from my blog, that will surely make my day! ^.^
